Joe Askerberg brings a foundation of integrity and a tireless work ethic to everything he does, values first instilled in him growing up in Huntington, Long Island, alongside his twin brother and three sisters. A product of dedicated mentorship, Joe credits his parents for his moral compass and his educators for honing the communication skills that drive his real estate career today.

Beyond the closing table, Joe is a fixture in the South Florida sports community. As the Director of the Fort Lauderdale Landsharks, he oversees youth lacrosse for boys and girls ages 5–14, fostering the next generation of athletes. When he isn't on the field or at the office, Joe is likely perfecting his golf game, traveling, or enjoying the vibrant Fort Lauderdale dining scene with friends.
